How the Yatras are Designed & Planned

Each Sacred Yatra is:
  • Rooted in a specific spiritual intelligence of place

  • Supported by preparation through AATMA MANTHAN

  • Guided throughout by a Cosmic Cicerone

  • Enriched by ritual, sadhana, silence, and cultural immersion

  • Integrated consciously rather than rushed or consumed

  • Each Yatra is planned separately, and dates depend on the right muhurta (auspicious time stated in a Hindu calendar)

  • Dates will be mentioned in the 'Travel Date Announcement Section'.

The Moonstar Yatras are not designed as routes across a map.

They are shaped as intentional passages through sacred, living geographies, each carrying a distinct quality of consciousness and inner work.

Every yatra unfolds within a cluster of related sacred places, allowing time, rhythm, and depth for transformation to arise naturally. These journeys are entered slowly, guided carefully, and held with reverence, for the land and for the seeker.

The journeys are inwardly demanding, outwardly simple, and intentionally spacious.

The Braj Devotional Yatra

The Path of ‘Bhakti’ and Surrender - The Heart

In the land where love learned to speak the language of devotion, every path hums with bhakti. Here, affection becomes prayer, joy becomes offering, and the divine is felt as a living presence—tender, playful, and deeply personal—inviting the heart to remember its natural rhythm of love.

This journey moves through the living devotional landscapes of:

  • Vrindavan

  • Mathura

  • Barsana

  • Gokul

Braj is not entered through understanding, but through softening.

This journey invites the heart to loosen its control, encounter devotion in its many forms, and experience sacredness as intimacy rather than a forced effort.

All details about this journey are shared in the Aatma Manthan workshop. A seeker can also email, message or call Moonstar Yatra to enquire about the itinerary of each Yatra.

The Ancestral Liberation Yatra

The Path of Release and Remembrance - The Soul

At the threshold where the soul learns to let go, Varanasi and Gaya hold space for release and return. These lands carry the grace of endings, where remembrance deepens, attachments soften, and liberation is whispered through flame, river, and silence.

This yatra unfolds through:

  • Varanasi

  • Gaya

These lands carry deep ancestral memory and the possibility of release—of grief, inherited patterns, and unspoken continuities.

This journey is quiet, potent, and deeply grounding.
It is for those ready to meet lineage, impermanence, and the intelligence of endings.

The Shaktipeeth of Maa Annapurna is a special inclusion of this tour.

All details about this journey are shared in the Aatma Manthan workshop. A seeker can also email, message or call Moonstar Yatra to enquire about the itinerary of each Yatra.

The Central India Mahadev Yatra

The Path of Time, Stillness, & Dissolution - The Centre

These are lands where Shiva is felt as time, stillness, and boundless presence. This is a journey into the heart of Mahadev, where surrender deepens, inner silence awakens, and consciousness remembers its eternal source.

This yatra moves through the Shiva axis of Central India, including:

  • Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga

  • Maheshwar

  • Omkareshwar

This is a journey into stillness, time, and inner witnessing. Aligning with the Shiva energy by the ghats of the Shipra & the Narmada (rivers).
Shiva here is not philosophy, but presence, demanding honesty, steadiness, and surrender.

The Shaktipeeth of Harsiddhi Mata is a special inclusion of this tour.

All details about this journey are shared in the Aatma Manthan workshop. A seeker can also email, message or call Moonstar Yatra to enquire about the itinerary of each Yatra.

The Western Oceanic Yatra

The Path of Faith and Restoration - The King’s Dome

At the edge where land dissolves into the endless sea, this yatra moves through realms shaped by wind, wave, and unwavering faith. Here, devotion stands resilient against time, prayers rise with the ocean’s breath, and the soul is gently drawn into a rhythm of surrender, remembrance, and quiet spiritual strength.

This yatra journeys through:

  • Dwarka

  • Nageshwar Jyotirlinga

  • Somnath

This is a journey into stillness, time, and inner witnessing.
Here, faith is tested and renewed, not as belief, but as resilience.

These lands speak of cycles: destruction, rebuilding, endurance, and trust beyond circumstance.

All details about this journey are shared in the Aatma Manthan workshop. A seeker can also email, message or call Moonstar Yatra to enquire about the itinerary of each Yatra.

The Tri Jyotirlinga Yatra

The Path of Primal Stillness, Breath, and Inner Stability - The Consciousness

This yatra unfolds through three powerful Jyotirlingas situated in forested, mountainous terrains, places where Shiva is encountered not through grandeur, but through raw presence and elemental quiet.

This yatra journeys through:

  • Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga

  • Trimbakeshwar

  • Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga

Here, Shiva is not ceremonial. He is felt as breath, weight, and silence

This yatra works deeply on grounding the nervous system, stabilising inner movement, and reconnecting the seeker with instinctual wisdom and inner steadiness.

The Ardha-Shaktipeeth of Saptashringi is a special inclusion of this tour.

All details about this journey are shared in the Aatma Manthan workshop. A seeker can also email, message or call Moonstar Yatra to enquire about the itinerary of each Yatra.

The Odisha Sacred Yatra

The Path of Sacred Order, Cosmic Rhythm, and Living Dharma - The Union

This yatra unfolds through the ancient spiritual heartland of Odisha, where dharma is not philosophical but lived, and where ritual, rhythm, and community life move in alignment with cosmic order.

The journey is anchored in and around:

  • Jagannath Temple

  • Neel Madhav Temple

  • Lingaraja Temple

  • Sun Temple, Konark

Standing tall by the Bay of Bengal, Jagannath Puri, sacred nourishment gently softens the ego and restores trust in life’s rhythm. In the Neelachal Hills, by the magnanimous Mahanadi, Neel Madhav offers a quiet, loving presence of Vishnu, felt more than seen. At Lingaraja, Shiva is met in the form of the Hari-Hara Linga, the union of Lord Shiva and Vishnu, as deep stillness and inner sovereignty, anchoring awareness within. Together, these spaces balance movement and rest, participation and witnessing, reorganising the inner world with calm clarity. The Sun Temple at Konark, by the eastern marine lines is another spiritual spectacle to witness.

The Shaktipeeth of Vimala Mata is a special inclusion of this tour.

All details about this journey are shared in the Aatma Manthan workshop. A seeker can also email, message or call Moonstar Yatra to enquire about the itinerary of each Yatra.

The Assam Trail

The Shiva Shakti Confluence by the Brahmaputra — The PowerPoint

The Assam Trail is a consciously curated spiritual journey through Assam’s sacred temples, river crossings, forests, and living landscapes. Designed as a slow, immersive trail, it weaves Shakti, Shiva, and Nature into one integrated inner passage—awakening power, stillness, and grounded presence.

  • Shakti Immersion at Maa Kamakhya Temple

The trail opens at Maa Kamakhya, regarded as the most powerful of all Shakti Peethas. Here, the Divine Feminine is experienced as raw creative force and inner alchemy.

  • Shiva in Stillness: Umananda Temple

A ferry journey across the mighty Brahmaputra River leads to this rare island temple. The crossing itself becomes symbolic—moving from movement to meditation.

  • Tea Garden Grounding & Nature Integration

A short recreational visit to an Assam tea garden offers gentle grounding. Walking through lush plantations and breathing fresh air helps participants integrate subtle spiritual experiences into the body and nervous system.

  • Wild Grace at Kaziranga National Park

A jungle safari through Kaziranga is a must when visiting Assam. This UNESCO-listed sanctuary is a unique confluence of rich flora and powerful fauna, inviting awe, humility, and reconnection with primal life energy deep in the forests.

Timed around sacred rhythms, this yatra allows participants to experience Shakti not only in temples, but in homes, streets, rivers, and the creative soul of Bengal.

Participants are offered a rare opportunity to be directly involved in a live Durga Puja during festival time. Beyond witnessing the grandeur, they step into the pulse of the celebration—rituals, preparations, collective devotion, and community rhythm—experiencing Durga as a living, breathing presence rather than a spectacle.

  • Kali Archana & River Meditation

The divine Kali worship unfolds through visits to Dakshineshwar Kali Temple, Adyapeath Temple, Belur Math and Kalighat Kali Temple. Participants meditate by the Ganges River, receive divine prasad (Bhog), and enter Kali’s fierce grace through silence, surrender, and inner stillness.

The Uttarakhand Yog & Snaan Yatra

The Sacred Dip into the Holi Ganges — The Purification

Uttarakhand YogSnaan Yatra is a sacred Yog and river pilgrimage into purification, release, and renewal. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Yog, dhyansnaan (holy immersion), this yatra guides participants through powerful Himalayan river points where water is not just cleansing, but consciously transformative—washing karma, quieting the mind, and restoring inner flow.

  • Purification at Haridwar

  • Haridwar marks the gateway where the Ganga descends from the Himalayas into the plains. A holy dip here is believed to cleanse accumulated karmic impressions. The energy is devotional and ancestral, supporting deep release, forgiveness, and reconnection with dharmic rhythm.

  • Inner Alignment at Rishikesh

  • Known as the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh holds the Ganga in her most sattvic and meditative form. Dedicated Yoga & Meditation sessions and Snaan here align the body, breath, and awareness, helping participants stabilise the mind and anchor spiritual practices into daily life.

  • Sacred Confluence at Devprayag

  • At Devprayag, the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi merge to become the Ganga. A dip at this sangam represents inner integration—union of effort and grace, past and future—supporting profound energetic alignment and clarity.

  • Mountain Stillness in Mussoorie

  • The journey includes a visit to Mussoorie to experience altitude, Himalayan vistas, and the gentle local essence of Uttarakhand—offering rest, reflection, and grounding after deep water work.
