Do’s & Don’ts of the Yatra
A shared code of conduct to protect the sanctity of the journey
This yatra is not a holiday; it is a conscious, transformative pilgrimage.
Each participant’s discipline supports not only their own inner process, but also the collective energy of the group.
We request all travellers to honour the following guidelines with sincerity and respect.
Maintain mindful silence whenever possible, especially during travel, rituals, and sacred site visits. Let the journey speak inwardly.
Use mobile phones minimally, only for essential communication. Keep devices on silent mode at all times.
Dress simply and modestly, choosing comfortable clothing made from natural fabrics, cotton is strongly preferred.
Follow a sattvic lifestyle throughout the yatra, including sattvic food habits and disciplined daily routines.
Be punctual for all sessions, departures, and rituals, respecting the group’s rhythm and sacred timings.
Maintain cleanliness of personal spaces and shared environments.
Remain emotionally aware and self-responsible, allowing personal processes to unfold without projecting onto others.
Listen deeply - to facilitators, co-travellers, and the sacred spaces you enter.
Respect local traditions, temples, and spiritual customs at all destinations.
Carry humility, openness, and receptivity - these are essential companions on this journey.
Maintain a Journal to jot down your experiences through the journey.
